  • Includes unlimited access to technical documentation & training resources to help CLIENT easily manage their website and Content Management System (CMS).
  • Includes unlimited technical assistance for emergency issues (where there is a loss of service).
  • Includes up to 2 hours of technical assistance for non-emergency issues, per month.  Any work for non-emergency issues beyond 2 hours may be billed on a per-hour basis.
