There are 2 Business Email Plans available
- The Starter Plan is free (for Level 1+ subscribers), and is up to 49 users, and there is no uptime guarantee. There is a guarantee that we manage & troubleshoot your System, but no guaranteed uptime %.
- If you have over 50 users, or need a guaranteed uptime agreement (99.99%), then we provide a Premium Email Plan. Prices are based on several factors so contact us for a quote.
Can you explain why you can’t guarantee an uptime for the Starter Email Plan?

We do not provide an uptime guarantee for the Starter Email Plan, because we wanted to provide an affordable alternative for our clients.
Due to legal liabilities, Uptime Guarantees can be very costly, and so that is why we offer it in the Premium Email Business plan for a higher price point.
Although we can’t guarantee uptime in our Starter Email plan, we can confidently say that in the 2 years we’ve been running the system, it has never failed us even once. (100% uptime). However if you want a legally binding Uptime Guarantee, then you will need to pay extra for it (by choosing the Premium Email Plan).
