This software is the foundation of our CMS technology.   This allows your CMS to be flexible enough to manage & display almost any kind of information.

You tell us what data entry needs you have, and we create:

  1. Custom Data Entry Forms (to insert your data into the System)
  2. Custom Data Presentation Templates (to display your data on your website pages)

For large organizations with many types of data, we typically conduct an Information Architecture Analysis of your organization to determine your Data Entry & Data Presentation needs.

Service Agreement

  1. We conduct an Information Architecture Analysis of your organization, and create an Info Architecture Diagram. (if needed).
  2. We use this Diagram to create all the Custom Data Entry Forms you need in your CMS.
  3. We then work closely with you to Design the Templates which control how your Data is displayed on your website.

  • Each individual Data Entry need is considered a separate instance of this Module.
  • So if you have an HR Database, and a Product Database, that is considered 2 separate instances of this Data Entry Module that will be installed on your CMS.

  1. Janine:

Can you please explain a little more about Custom Data Entry Forms? I’m not understanding what they are for.

    • System Admin:

      Hi Janine, Sure no problem.

Quite simply, “forms” are just a customized way to enter different kinds of data into your website CMS in a structured & organized manner.

Let me give you an example. I understand from your previous questions that you run a website for a Law Firm.

Let’s say for example, that you wanted to create a “Lawyer Database” to keep track of all the lawyers that work for your firm.

Here are some data sets that you’d probably want to store in your Database for each Lawyer:
      - Name
      - Department
      - Image (upload)
      - College graduated from (dropdown list)
      - Bio

We would create a Custom Form which had all of these fields above. That way you could quickly & efficiently enter Lawyers into your System.

And then, once we got all the lawyers entered in, we then would design a website Template which would control how that data was presented on your website pages. So that when someone went to view a Lawyer’s page, it would look exactly how you wanted it to.

That is the gist of this Custom Data Entry Module.
