      Hi There, What do you mean by “sub-calendars”? Does this mean that each workgroup in our organization can have their own calendars? Also, can each group manage only their own (not other workgroups)?

        Hi Mr. Frye,

        By sub-calendar, we mean that you have 1 main Calendar System, but you can have multiple sub-calendars underneath it so you can segment your events by “workgroup”.

        Yes, each “workgroup” (or department) in your organization can have their own Calendar. And yes, we can set your system up so that only individuals from a given workgroup can add/delete/manage events on their “Calendar”.

        This extra security means that no one outside a given workgroup can modify that workgroup’s Calendar.
